Tim is an immunologist with 25 years of experience of small and large molecule R&D. As Senior Director at UCB, he led or contributed to multiple projects that transitioned to clinical development including three that are now licensed products.
More recently, Tim has held CSO roles at Step Pharma where he led the team that identified a candidate compound that has recently transitioned to the clinic, and at Sitryx Therapeutics, where he was instrumental in delivering a $60 million licensing and research collaboration with Eli Lilly.
